Do parents and students need to install anything?
No. ClassMentore runs in the browser. A student scans your QR code or
opens a link and the form is there — no app store, no account needed just to join.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes — phone, tablet or laptop, whichever is in your hand. The layout adapts
to the screen, and you can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app.
I run classes at two locations. Does that work?
Yes. Each branch has its own students, staff and fee records, and you switch
between them from inside the app without logging out.
What happens to my existing student list?
You can add students by hand, or share your join QR and let them enter their
own details — which is usually faster and gets the phone numbers right the first time.
Can another coaching class see my data?
No. Access rules are enforced in the database itself, scoped to your institute,
rather than only in the app — so a request for someone else's records returns nothing.
